Chelsea v Leicester

Chelsea v Leicester

After an early scare at Turf Moor, Chelsea then put their stamp on the game and destroyed Burnley's fantastic start by closing the game out before the first half was finished. They now play host to newly promoted Leicester who managed to rescue a point against a lacklustre Everton side. This could be a huge test of Leicester's capabilities here and Chelsea will be looking to inflict similar damage on the minnows within the league in the same manner as they did on Monday evening. Chelsea have only lost one game at Stamford Bridge under Jose Mourinho and this could be a bridge too far for Leicester.

Crystal Palace v West Ham

Crystal Palace v West Ham

Palace put in an admirable performance against a lively Arsenal side especially along with the resignation of Tony Pulis 48hrs prior to kick off. West Ham were unlucky against Tottenham and will be looking to get their season going against Palace who are still hunting for a new manager since the revelations surrounding Malky Mackay surfaced midweek. Allardyce will be looking for some much needed effort from his side who will be without Andy Carroll, Ravel Morrison and Matthew Jarvis.
