How Do I Withdraw Funds from my betinternet.com Account?

Customers can withdraw funds from their betinternet.com accounts by:-

Visa Credit / Debit cards & Maestro

We make no charge for withdrawal directly back to Visa, Visa Delta and Maestro cards.

IMPORTANT MASTERCARD AND VISA RESTRICTIONS

Due to restrictions imposedby Mastercard, withdrawals are not permitted back onto this card for customers from any country. You must instead withdraw funds by an alternativemethod.

VISA card restrictions prevent us from processing withdrawals to VISA cards issued in certain countries including:-

  • Singapore
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Malaysia
  • Hong Kong
  • Turkey

If you reside in one of these countries you will be unable to receive a withdrawal to your Visa card and must instead withdraw funds by an alternative method.

Contact us at info@betinternet.com if you require advice on the methods available. Minimum withdrawal amount is GBP10.00 (or foreign currency equivalent).

Bankers Drafts /Cashiers Cheques/Personal Cheques/Postal orders

For any withdrawal, please email your full name, address and the amount of withdrawal to us at info@betinternet.com Cashier cheques/Company cheques or Postal Order only apply to Pound Sterling account holder.For foreign currency accounts, only bankers drafts will be issued. A cost of approximately £15 - £25.00 may be charged.

International Bank Transfer

For withdrawal using international bank wire transfer/telegraphic transfer (TT), please email the following information together with your account login id/user name to us at info@betinternet.com:-

  • Account name:
  • Account number:
  • Bank name:
  • Sort Code:
  • Swift Address:
  • Bank Address:

No bank charges for withdrawals of more than GBP400.00. For withdrawals of less than GBP 400.00. the customer is liable for bank charges up to GBP 25.00 (excluding foreign bank charges)

This bank transfer will normally take 7 -10 banking days.

Express Transfer

  1. Log into your betting account, click on "My Account" and then select "Withdrawal". From the withdrawal options available click on "Express Transfers."
  2. A box will then appear where you enter the amount you wish to receive. After entering this amount click on "Withdraw".
  3. A box will then appear where you must enter your bank account details. You must complete all required fields marked with *. If you are unsure of any of this information then you should contact your bank for assistance.

Please note that where it asks for "payee" you should give your own name as given on your bank account.

An Express Transfer refund can take up to 3 banking days depending you country of residence and currency being used.

For Express Transfer withdrawals there is no charge from us but your own bank may apply a small handling charge to which you are liable.

NETELLER

You may withdraw money from your betinternet.com account to NETELLER account. Funds will be transferred only if your NETELLER account information matches the information we have on file. Minimum withdrawal amount is USD25.00 unless you are bringing your account balance to zero.

Moneybookers

  • You may withdraw money from your betinternet.com account to your moneybookers account.
  • If deposits have been made from Moneybookers, then all refunds must be sent back to the same account
  • The minimum amount of withdrawal is GBP10.00 or currency equivalent unless you are bringing your account balance to zero.
  • All Moneybookers refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Earthport

  1. Log into your betting account, click on "my account" and then select "withdrawal". From the withdrawal options available click on "bank transfer."
  2. A box will then appear where you enter the amount you wish to receive. After entering this amount click on "Withdraw".
  3. A box will then appear where you must enter your bank account details. You must complete all required fields marked with *. If you are unsure of any of this information then you should contact your bank for assistance.
