How Do I Open an Account?
To register as a customer with betinternet.com, simply go to the homepage and click on the "Open Account" button on the top menu bar. Both of these will take you to our easy to complete account registration form. Please remember that fields marked with an exclamation mark (!) are mandatory.
Tips for Completing the Registration Form:
- User Code: Your User Code should be a minimum of 8 characters, which can be made up of either letters or numbers or a combination of both. Your User Code is case sensitive.
- Password : Your password should be a minimum of 6 characters, which can be made up of either letters or numbers or a combination of both. Your password is case sensitive.
- Forename : Enter your Christian name/first name eg John;
- Surname : Enter your surname eg Smith;
- Date of Birth : Enter the day of your birthday in the first box (eg 25), choose the relevant month from the middle drop down box (eg Jan) and then type in full your year of birth in the final box (eg 1968).
- Security Question/Answer : From time to time, you may need to provide us with the answer to a security question when managing your account. This is used as an additional means of identification and provides another level of security for our customers. You can choose for yourself what this question can be (eg mother's maiden name, name of first school or name of eldest child). Please choose a question that has a one word answer, and when you have decided, key this and the answer into the boxes provided.

What are my User Code and Password?

How Do I Deposit Funds into my betinternet.com Account?
To deposit funds into your betinternet.com account, registered users must login and then click on the "My Account" button on the left hand side of the homepage.
