Documentation Requirements
Under certain circumstances we may require verification of identity and/or address in order for us to comply with the terms of our Gaming Licence. The following describes the acceptable documentation.
Documentation Required For Verification Of Identity
One of the following (bearing a recent photograph):-
- Full, pre-signed, driving licence
- Armed forces identity card
- National identity card
- Current Valid full passport
- The front & back of listed credit/debit cards - Some details may be obscured, please as our Customer Service team for further details
Documentation Required For Verification Of Address
One of the following:-
- Bank/Credit Card Statement. Must be less than three months old
- N.B. Mobile Phone bills are not acceptable.
- Recent utility Bill (e.g. Gas, Telephone) which must be less than three months old.
