Belgium Grand Prix

Belgium Grand Prix

Nico Rosberg once again showed he has the ever so slight edge over his team-mate and closest rival Lewis Hamilton by securing his fourth pole for the Belgian Grand Prix. Hamilton hasn't achieved a pole since Spain and has had a downturn in fortunes in the last few races spanning back to Monaco. Conditions didn't suit anyone for setting fast throw-down times but it did ensure that the drivers were tested on all of their capabilities. Sebastian Vettel managed to fire up his efforts in the third sector and grabbed third place with Fernado Alonso in fourth ahead of Daniel Ricciardo in fifth.

Hull v Stoke

Hull v Stoke

Hull came away from QPR with three points to kick start their season and will be hoping to avoid any relegation possibility by beating teams that are of the same standard. Stoke manager Mark Hughes was furious with his side after their home loss against Aston Villa last week and has spent the week ensuring his side knows what he expects moving forward. Odemwingie will likely start this weekend with Hughes looking for Biram Diouf to link up more with his co-strikers rather than his isolated performance last time out.

Sunderland v Man United

Sunderland v Man United

An unchanged line-up welcomes the new look United side that will be looking to bounce back and send a message to all rivals after last weekend's shock home defeat at the hands of Swansea. Van Gaal isn't afraid to make big decisions and it will be interesting to see if he sticks with the 3 at the back or switches to the more Premier League consistent 4 man defence. Van Persie is expected to start alongside Wayne Rooney to provide much needed support for the Englishman.

Tottenham v QPR

Tottenham v QPR

QPR make the short journey to White Hart Lane with no injury worries. Harry Reknapp is facing a former club and will be hoping to inflict some vengeance against them with the addition of Leroy Fer in the starting eleven. Tottenham have a suspension issue with Kyle Naughton's red card last weekend however this could see the impressive goal scoring right back Eric Dier move into a firmer role. QPR have failed to score in six of their last seven matches in the Premier League and this is of great concern to both manager and supporters who expect more from the heavy priced squad that the R's have compiled.
